While enjoying one of our own charcuterie boards, we came to the idea that this is something everyone should be able to enjoy. Our goal is to make that as easy as possible for all of you. We offer mobile charcuterie to-go as well as catering for both small and large events.

Mobile Charcuterie
Located in the incredible city of Portland, Maine, come find our vintage 1979 VW bus where we'll be putting together unique artisanal charcuterie boards and delicious pairings for you to enjoy.
We offer boards for one to two people as well as for three or more! Looking for a quick snack? Try out one of our charcuterie bites! Savory pairings for a quick bite on the go!
Catering
Pop-Ups!
As we develop our business and create new connections throughout Maine, we will be scheduling "pop-up" events at various breweries, distilleries and other local businesses. These pop-up events will feature off menu items or plates that aren't typically on our standard menu.
